1. Company and Facility Overview Hatworx Ltd (trading as monotonecap) operates a dedicated storage and distribution facility. All merchandise offered on www.monotonecap.com is held as physical inventory at our primary premises located at 80 Lansford Crescent, Avondale, Auckland 0600, New Zealand. By maintaining goods on-site, we exercise complete oversight of our stock levels and physical items prior to dispatch.

2. Direct Operations and Handling Our internal personnel manage all aspects of stock handling, sorting, and packaging. The processing of goods is conducted exclusively by our team at our Auckland premises. We oversee the entire physical journey of the goods within our facility, ensuring that every order is prepared directly by our staff without the involvement of external storage contractors.

3. Fulfilment Process Upon order confirmation, our on-site team directly undertakes the picking and packing of the requested items. This internal workflow enables us to maintain a consistent processing schedule. We aim to prepare all physical goods for dispatch promptly, relying solely on our direct operational capacity to fulfil orders destined for our European customer base.

4. Dispatch and Transit All parcels are shipped directly from our New Zealand warehouse to the recipient. Hatworx Ltd coordinates with established logistics carriers to facilitate the transit of goods to Europe. We supply shipment tracking details upon dispatch, allowing customers to monitor the transit status of their orders.
