3. Delivery Destinations, Methods, and Timeframes Our primary market is Europe. We utilise international logistics services, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS Priority, to facilitate deliveries. The estimated transit time for orders delivered to European destinations is 7 to 12 working days following the date of dispatch. Transit times are estimates and may be subject to variations based on customs processing or local carrier operations in the destination country.

4. Order Tracking To keep you informed of your order’s status, we provide automated tracking updates. Tracking notifications will be sent to the email address provided at checkout during key transit stages, including:

  • Order dispatch from our facility.
  • Arrival at the regional logistics or sorting hub.
  • Handover to the local carrier for final delivery.

5. Delays, Lost Items, and Resolutions We monitor delivery timeframes closely. If an order exceeds the standard estimated transit time, please contact our customer support team. Upon notification, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier to locate the parcel. Following the conclusion of the carrier’s investigation, and based on the factual findings, we will determine an appropriate resolution, which may result in a full refund or a replacement shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (European Deliveries) Orders shipped to European countries may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and customs administration fees upon arrival in the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Hatworx Ltd is not responsible for any duties or taxes applied to your package.
